Kurt Mcsparron who took 13K from me for carpet and never delivered it or returned my money has now closed that business (Floor Plans) and has opened another Tile and Timber LLC. Do not give this man a cent of your money. He has judgements against him and lies about sending money for repayment. He has opened this business as an LLC so that he personally won't be responsible for taking your money and not giving you the product. Do not do business with him. It has been over a year and he has not repaid one single dime.

After closing Tile and Timber LLC, Kurt Mcsparron is now operating a new business : www.capitolparty.com and using the name of Kurt James. (His first and middle names). He is asking for "donations" to help him "save the country" while filing for bankruptcy so that he never has to pay the 13K he owes me and all the money he owes others from the previous 2 internet businesses.
