Rip-off by lady liberty carpet, in alliance ohio

Carpet rip-off

1 year ago we purchased berber carpet for our dinning room and had it installed to by lady liberty carpet in alliance ohio.we payed $636.00 for this carpet.3 months later it started to fray were they had seemed it so i gave them a call.

the owner had told me to call his carpet installer so i did he
told me to clip off the frayed part and put elmers glue on the seam and it would keep it from fraying so i just put a through rug over it so it did not get any worse.well a few months after that it was doing it the whole length of the room so i called the owner again he says there is nothing i can do call my carpet installer needless to say he never got back with me. now every time i vacum the carpet comes up in stripes and i just recently got ahold of the owner again he tells me there is nothing he can do i said what do you mean i bought the carpet from you it was warrentted and you even installed it and there is nothing you can do! he said nope.

i told him the only thing i ask is that you either replace it or give me my money back and he said sorry i can not help you ! i told him i would be getting ahold of someone about this he laughed and said there is nothing anyone can do.

i'm very unhappy with this i have had problems with this for 9 months now and there's nothing i can do $636.00 down the drain.and he is still selling carpet and ripping more people off.alot of other people i talk to say he is not an honest man and i agree very bad business person in my book if a carpet has warrentee what does it cover?

i might as well through it down the drain to . i just want to warn anyone thinking of buying carpet from this place go some were else...
