Lakeland Flooring Carpet Scam Lakeland, Florida

When we moved to Lakeland six years ago we bought carpet for our whole house from Lakeland Flooring. This was to last us our lifetime and was to hold up though time and ware. We also had a pet pad put under the carpet just in case our Bichon had an accident. It has a ten year warrenty. I was assured by the owners son we had purchased the correct carpet.

I have had appraisers to the house two times and the first one told my husband we would get new carpet for the whole house. The second appraiser did not say anything. The store did nothing.

We have had it so we had Ronnie's carpet to replace our living room carpet with better carpet and a pet pad. It is awesome carpet.

When they were taking up the old carpet from Lakeland Flooring, we discovered the pet pad is upside down. This is totally unacceptable because that means the remainder or our house probably has the pad upside down. My husband and I have called and visited the owner, Jim two times. He says he will send an installer to our house to check his carpet but we are going on a month and nothing.

We are ready to find an attorney for help.
