 I purchased for a Anoosha Herati Red Rug. The money transfer picked up by Western Union. The order status shows as delivered on 12/12/2011, and it also has a track number, but when I track the product, there is no information in delivery company's system. I had called their customer service, never had a person pick up the phone, it looks like a invalid phone (716-2220385). I had emailed them several times, never had a response nor product.
