RugsUSA.com After one month of waiting, I have not received the refund for the rug pad I returned, Internet

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!  I ordered a rug and rug pad on October 31, 2011.  They didn't arrive until about a month later.  The rug did not meet my specifications, so I called them to return it.  But the call wouldn't go through because a recorded message came on and said that the lines were down and to call back tomorrow.   I finally got through about a week later and was emailed the return information. 

The rug was sent to one address, and the rug pad to another.  I never opened the rug pad since the rug didn't work for me so it was packaged just as I received it with a new address label.  I received "An acknowledgement of return" email about a week later.  The rug was refunded about 3 weeks later and I never received the refund for the rug pad.  Their customer service is terrible.  I'm still waiting for the refund on the rug pad of $69.99.
