Gave $250 deposit on 7/18/08 for kitchen flooring. Waited 2 weeks before calling to see when they could schedule installation. Called again the following week.They said they would call back...never did. Finally got appt.which they canceled...no installers. Now they do not answer phone. Called salesman,who had given me his cell#.He said his check had bounced.

He bounced my checks in June

Joe Smith Stellar flooring continues to bounce checks to employees, contractors, vendors and installers. Obviously they quit, then he puts the blame for his inept company on the people HE bounced checks to. He is aware of the fact that the State Attorney does not prosecute criminally for bad checks under 5k. Guess what he is about to be, for Organized Fraud.
