Randy Miller, owner of Surfaces Wholesalers Inc took $890.17 from me as a deposit on some flooring we agreed that he would do. He never did the job and refuses to give me back my money. He made empty promises that he would refund my money but did not.

He said his company is not very strong financially and someone wrote him a bad check on another job so he could not get my carpet and will not refund my money.

Should you risk this man taking your money and not doing the job? It is up to you.
