ACLS(American Credit Legal Services ACS lawsuit, legal action, call job, call relatives, abusive,threatening,harassing Internet

Last year ,about this time, I received a threatening call from someone claiming to be a lawyer named John Smith. He stated that I owed CashNet Payday Loans, which I did not. At the time, my husband was in a Hospice Center, so I never questioned that it was a scam. He stole $310.00 from me. This year, I received a call(s) from this same company, a John Ricardo, ACLS,claiming that I had reneighed on a loan and that I owed $518.00, again, because I was not aware of the scam, he got another $300.00. I contacted a paralegal, and was made aware of the scam. These are crooks that speak broken english and they are getting away with stealing from myself and so many others. It is very strange that the last two times that I have been contacted, no number came up.
