My elderly father received a Confirmed Winner Claim for $458,389.00. The "check" reads "We have your check for cash waiting." The front says he's a confirmed winner & will be issued a check upon receipt of $27.67 for assessment & security delivery fees.

A paragraph of leagal-ese on the back gives the odds of winning. Nowhere does this paragraph mention $458,389.00. The highest amount one could receive is $9,8000 with the odds @ 1:995,999. Other amounts are mentioned with odds of winning @ 2:995,999 or 5:995,999.

Odds of winning $.79 are 1:1.

What do you think he'll get for his $27.67?
