On 11/15/2009, received a email from Lydia Sloan, Bellaire Capital Group, stating I could receive a loan up to 5,000.00.  Lydia Sloan, sent me a Loan Agreement the loan aggreement stated a collateral payment of $806.70 due to Bellaire Capital Group, before I could receive the 5,000 dollars. 

 I sent $806.70 by western union a Robert Nelson, Thornhill, Ontario, Canada on 11/18/2009.  I never received a call or any loan in my checking account.  I called a Robert Pax referred to me by Lydia Sloan, he called me at my job.  Stated he will need additional $806.70 for me to receive my loan due to my bad credit the funds were necessary to secure the 5,000.00 loan to me.  I went to Western Union on 11/19/2009, sent another $806.70.  Western Union charges a fee of $76.00 per money transfer. 

 I spent a total of $1,765.00 to Bellaire Capital Group.  Mr. Robert Pax, stated he will refund my money to me since the loan wouldn't go through he needed a 3rd payment of $806.70 to get me the 5,000.00 loan.  I told him no way I couldn't pay a 3rd payment of $800.00, to return all funds to immediately.  Robert Pax, stated it will take 30 days for me to receive my funds of $1,765.00 to me. 

Asked why so long, Robert Pax, stated it will take 72 hours to return $1,765.00 to me via certified check.  I never received a call or any more information about my refund from Robert Pax or Lydia Sloan.  I need help! to get my refund of $1,765.00 return to me.  I have no money to pay my bills.  I have a copy of the Loan Agreement, this is all I have to show for $1,765.00.  Also have copies of Western Union receipts to Robert Nelson.
