Cashcall - First Bank & Trust Of Delaware Cash Call Left Message they are going to start taking 25% of my paycheck! Anaheim California

I've been dealing with these retards for a few months, I quit answering all of my phones and changed my phone number and bank ~ They wonder why they're not getting any payments when:

a) They overdrafted my checking account over $600 with their repeated debits causing me to bounce checks ~ now I can't write a check ANYWHERE until I get that account cleared up

b) Told me to pawn my wedding ring to pay them or steal the payment if I had to (I was 4 days late and they couldn't wait until Thursday when I got paid to make the debit ~ I even called them ahead of time to let them know my pay dates for work)

and finally...

c) Basically asked me to dig up my dead relatives to get whatever money I can from them (yes, they are seriously butt-holes and that made me MUCH MORE mad than the other demands the wished of me).

NOW, last week they left a phone message stating that on my next paycheck they are going to start keeping 25% of it for themselves and for EVERY PAYCHECK to come forward...and then THIS WEEK I get a letter concerning their arbitration agreement and that they will "do whatever it takes including seizing all assets" to get their money.

Have they done this to anyone else? Doesn't there have to be a formal procedure in order to start garnishing a paycheck. How bad is a garnishment...and should I really be concerned b/c they don't have my new bank account info but are threatening to get it and take all the money from my account.

Cash call is the ONLY bill I am behind on, not even paying actually...all of my other bills are current, but their business tactics are tacky and I am not one who puts up with that kind of talk from ANYBODY.
