CASH CALL exploiting middle class America. It is time for action. Anaheim California

I got into financial difficulty and needed a loan very badly and having seen the cash call ad on TV, I called them to inquire more about the service and the rep was very kind and actually pushed me into taking the debt while being so sensitive to my difficult situation. Not once did she mention anything about the interest rate or explain the consequences of the loan. I was granted a loan of $2600 with 215.95 monthly payments.

After having made my monthly payments on time for about 14 months, I called to inquire how much I still had to pay and behold, the amount stood at $2600. This gives me the impression that I might as well continue paying forever and they will have full control over how much I owe.

Needless to say, some hard times befell me and I got into some financial difficulties and I could not make a months payment. I have been receiving calls twice every hour, harassing me, , telling me to go to a pond shop and sell my belongings, threatening me with legal action, insulting me etc.

Why can't someone put a stop to this malpractice? I am ready whenever to testify against them or join in any class action law suit. This has been going on for lone, isn't there some sort of a forum that people can unite and bring them to justice.

Yes, they are well within the law, but one can't use the law to break the law. Please someone do something. I am here to support even if it means going to the ends of the earth.
