Cashnetusa.com cashnetusa and united cash loans are both scams cashnetusa was told no over the phone but still deposited funds into my acct, Internet

I took out a 400 dollar loan from United Cash Loans.  Immediatly afterwards I recieved a call from cashnetusa.com offering me a 1500.00 loan. I told them that if they wanted to give me a 1500.00 loan I would take it but that I was not interested in anything less than this. Initially, I applied for this amount with the first company United Cash Loans but only recieved $400.00. The person calling me from cashnetusa.com assured me that I would get the full 1500.00. I got 255.00 which I immediatly e-mailed them back to say I did not want. I never withdrew it from my account. To date I have repaid 120.00 and 109.00 to unitedcashloans paid a 35.00 NSF fee for the debit of 790.00 that they tried to put through without my knowledge or consent.  The other loan with cashnetusa is far worse they have deposited 255.00 and already have tried to put three debits through one for 300.00 and two for 315.00 each caused me to incure a 35.00 NSF.
