I recently received a letter from this company called Consumer Reporting Services (CRS) claiming that I've won a prize of $3,276,450; it is requesting that I send in cash, check or money order of $20 processing fee. Since they already have my name and address, shouldn't they be able to issue me a payout without requesting money from me? Also, why is it there a contact number or proper return address?
