I was "granted" a mere $300 loan, I was explained that the fee would be only $90, so I accepted. They mislead me to believe that $90 will be taken out of my account twice a month to go towards my loan account.  What was NOT explained to me was - the fee of $90 will be taken out of my account twice a month until the loan has been paid in full.

So I have watched $90 taken out of my account every 2 weeks thinking it was towards paying my small loan. When I finally checked my final balance on the Loanpointusa.com site it said that the remaining balance was still 300. I called what they call the "customer service" number and was told "We apologize that you misunderstood. We actually listened to the recording and there is nothing out of the ordinary we tell other customers." Oh really I'm suppose to take their honest word for it. They wouldn't even let me listen to it. They would not give or make a deal with me ,they just simply said you still have to pay.

What am I suppose to do now?
