GRC FUNDING - LOANPOINT USA - GENEVA ROTH VENTURES - SCHHMIDT, HAYNES & WATSON I borrowed 250.00 from GRC and the conintued to take more and more money from my account. Florence, Alabama

I filled out an application for a cash advance in December of 2008, GRC deposited the money into my checking account and one week later started deducting 120.00 every two weeks from my account. After a few months of this I tried to find a phone number to contact them. I found one on the Internet and called and left several messages regarding the balance on my account.

I was unable to reach anyone or get any response, after 8 months, totaling 1,920.00 I contacted my bank and was informed to stop payment. The bank not able to get any of the funds back but at least they stopped any future amounts from being taken from my account.

Now, I have been receiving call from someone on their behalf telling me there is a grievance in their office and I still owe them 650.00. I do not feel I owe this company anymore money, this is a scam and I refuse to let them have any more money. This caused my checking account to overdraw several times. I am curious about their so call grievance and what legality it actually has.
