I also received a Winning Final Notification, that said I was 1 of 20 winners in the Shoppers Sweepstakes held on Jan 5th 2009. The notice stated I had won $250000.00 US dollars. It came with a check for $4980.00. I was to call my claim agent (Bob Morris) at 1 416-824-2795 for further clarification within 5 business days.

I called was told to go deposit the check in my bank, and to call back when this was complete. I looked closer at the check and saw that the bank routing number and account number were reversed.

Looked up the company on line, and could not find any real info on the company. I am going to turn this over to the US post office for investigation.
