IC Financials is a rip of people beware, they sound like a for sure thing. At one point I asked how do I know your company is not going to rip me off? The man's reply was "mama you called us looking for help and you found us on a government page." For some reason that made it ok.

IC Financials e-mailed me some forms to sign and wanted them back with 479.00 for their trouble. This they said was going to guarantee me 48,500 and possibly up to 100,000 or my 479.00 back.
They e-mailed me another set of papers to fill out and mail back. I did as they requested, and have not been able to reach them. When I call I get a message that says "this call is blocked message ETBK1013".

This is when I found the article about IC Financials being a rip off. How do I tell my daughter who is 8 that we will not be buying the home that we have already fallen in love with????
