idtheftrefund.com Identity Theft--idtheftrefundstatus.com debited $31.98 from my account without my permission Internet

After inquiring about a quick loan, I was directed to a website I could NEVER get to again--Last Chance Cash Advance. I filled out the initial information to see if I qualified for a loan. I was turned down--which has never happened to me before. I made sure to unclick all options for extra information or to be signed up for any kind of newsletters, services etc. because I could see they were soliciting people for credit theft services.

The next morning, my bank account showed a debit of $31.98, without my approval--I was never contacted by anyone regarding a loan or this service. Their automated phone system disconnects the caller when the option to check on a refund is chosen.

Currently, I have contacted them, requested a refund, and was told it would take 5-7 business days IF I'm approved for a refund. I do not at this point know what the end result will be.

Most likely they have found a legal loophole, because when you enter one of the many web addresses they give you to cancel your membership (http://www.idtheftrefund.com/; http://www.icardservices.com/; http://www.idtheftrefundstatus.com/), they show you screen shots of their Last Chance Cash Advance site (but no web address to get you back to it) and indicate the point at which you "signed up" for this service. 626-298-6318
