N.A.A.C. Administrative Services National Award Center Cash prize to be awarded ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. 12 days to respond with required $19.99 fee. Levittown, New York

I recieved an award letter with all the stamps and signatures telling me that I have won ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and all I had to do was hurry and send a check or money order for ONLY $19.99 (required fee). This official notification was signed by David Slater, Chief Financial Officer, Wendy Hamilton General Mgr. NAAC and John A. Fulcrom, President, The National Awards Advisory Center. and E. Gibson.  The letter also encluded a "disclaimer" which states that they are NOT a government agency.  It also gives the following address for customer service issues: CUSTOMER SERVICE PO BOX 129 Plainview, NY 11803-0129 NAAC claimes to be a privately operated reporting agency.
