They e-mailed me about a card and payday advance. You can't view the terms unless you apply, so I went through the application, then clicked for more info on the payday advance, not the card, then I exited out of their website because it looked like a scam. A couple of days later they deducted $129.95 out of my account, which I didn't have, so I also have a $33.00 overdraft charge. They let me cancel, but said I have to mail them a request for a refund, which will be issued at their sole discretion. I'm mailing my letter today, courtesy copy going to the Federal Trade Commission. Hint: read up on the Fair Credit Billing Act and Section 205.11, Regulation E of the Federal Reserve Board. I've also e-mailed CBS, with a link to this website. I hope they burn!!!
