I cannot stop them from taking my money , they keep taking 75.00 every 2 weeks and I have paid them back much more then I agreed to . No response to the emails I have sent them , Guess I need to close the bank account I've had for 9 years!

Your loan is probably auto-renewing.

AUTHOR: Robert - Wallingford (U.S.A.)

Most payday loans companies set the loan to auto renew every pay period (usually two weeks).

What they have been debiting from your acount has been the loan fee only. None of it has been applied to the original loan amount. These are not installment loans. I am assuming the original loan was for $250 from the amount they have been debiting (usually $30 for every $100).

You will need to phone, or fax them to tell them to debit the entire amount plus fees. There should also be a way to log on to your account through their web site. There should also be a section somewhere in your loan documents that tells you what to do to pay it off in full.

Good luck.
