I have had one of these cards for a year or so. I recently had money direct deposited, and then after going to the grocery and having the card declined (even though there was $500+ on it) I was told that because I had let my daughter have her tax refund direct deposited on there, they would need documents faxed to them to verify identity.
We faxed them all the documents that they asked for, and were told that it would take 10 business days to "verify". Well the 10 business days were up yesterday, and they are still "verifying" and now they tell me that sometime maybe today, or in a few days, they will call me with their resolution, and will let me know whether or not I can have my funds....I guess they feel that if they want, then they can keep them, and that I never needed the money anyway.
Don't ever use this....once I get my money back, hell will freeze over and the devil will use his pitchfork for a hockey stick before I ever go there again.
Don't be fooled....these people will screw you without even a kiss or a reach around.

according to information available on the web. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts to see that General Electric appears in 'Chart 3' and in 'Chart 5'.
It appears that GE has teamed up with Walmart to make money on Walmart customers, right? You and I both know that Walmart is one of the biggest companies in the world, and it would be a great way for the Federal Reserve to make money by having one of its companies team-up with Walmart, wouldn't you agree?
The Federal Reserve is obviously in a 'pickle', because it is owed a lot of money from banks like Bank of America. You can 'Google' this- BIG BANKS RESUME FORECLOSURE PAPERWORK PBS, and watch that interview on the web to hear that the Fed is owed a lot of money, along with BlackRock Inc.
It's just another way that these big companies and others are taking advantage of the millions upon millions of innocent people in this country, like you.
