WESTERN UNION REFUSE TO GIVE TO ME MY REFUND, AFTER MTCN WAS UNABLE TO BE PICKED UP, DUE TO COMPUTER ERROR THAT SAID MTCN WAS PICKED UP WITH A TEST QUESTION, BUT I NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION BRIDGETON, Missouri

DURING 3RD WEEK OF APRIL OF THIS YEAR 2010, I ATTEMPTED TO SEND MONEY BY WESTERN UNION TO A FRIEND OF MINE, BUT THIS PERSON DID NOT PICKUP THE $, AFTER I WATED A # OF DAYS FOR THE MTCN # TO BE PICKED UP, IS WHEN I DECIDED TO CHANGED THE NAME ON MTCN TO A 2ND FRIEND OF MY MINE, BUT AFTER I MADE THE NAME CHANGE, THIS 2ND PERSON FORGET TO PICKUP THE MTCN FOR # OF DAYS, AFTER BEING REMINDED BY ME TO PICKUP THE $, & WHEN THIS PERSON WHEN BACK TO PICKUP THE MTCN # @ WESTERN UNION, TOLD THE PERSON, THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING THE MATTER WITH THE MTCN #, THAT IT WAS ALREADY PAID OUT, AND THAT SOME PERSON PICKED UP THE MTCN BY ANSWER A TEST QUESTION, BUT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION ON THE ORIGINAL MTCN #, MEANING EITHER THERE WAS A COMPUTER ERROR ASSOCIATED WITH THAT MTCN #, AFTER I MADE THE NAME CHANGE OR SOMEONE WITHIN WESTERN UNION GAVE OUT MY INFORMATION TO SOMEONE TO PICKUP THE $, MEANING STOLEN THE MTCN #, BEFORE IT COULD BE PICKED UP BY THE CORRECT PERSON, THAT BEING MY 2ND FRIEND, THAT I MADE THE NAME CHANGE TO, SINCE MY FIRST FRIEND, DID NOT PICKUP THE MTCN #, AND I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK, WITHOUT ANY SUCESS. AND, I'M GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE FROM 5 OUT 6 PERSONS WORKING WITHIN THE WESTERN UNIOIN THAT THE MTCN # WAS PICKED UP WITH THE TEST QUESTION THAT WAS CORRECTLY ANSWERED, BUT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION. AND, WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION, WHERE I FILLED OUT THE FORM TO SEND $ BY WESTERN UNION, THAT AGENT TOLD TO ME THAT THE LOCATION WHERE I WAS SENDING $ DID NOT REQUIRE A TEST QUESTION. &, ALSO, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF PERSONS WITHIN WESTERN UNION THAT I HAD SPOKEN TO UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS SAYING, INCLUDING THAT THE LOCATION THAT THE MTCN # WAS PICKED UP WAS A FAKE LOCATION, WHEN ITS PHONE # WAS CHECKED BY THE EMPLOYEE OF WESTERN UNION, & WAS ABOUT TO GIVE TO ME MY REFUND, WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO GET APPROVAL BY HIS SUPERVIOR, REFUSED TO GIVE TO ME MY REFUND, THAT HE STATED THAT THE MTCN # WAS PICKED UP WITH TEST QUESTION CORRECTLY ANSWERED, BUT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION REGARDING THE MTCN & ALSO THE LOCATION WHERE I SEND FROM TOLD TO ME THAT THE LOCATION TO WHERE I WAS SENDING $ DID NOT REQUIRE A TEST QUESTION, & ALSO THAT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION, MEANING EITHER THERE WAS SOME KIND OF COMPUTER ERROR OR SOMEONE WITHIN WESTERN UNION EITHER STOLEN MY MTCN OR GIVEN MY INFORMATION TO SOMEONE TO TAKE THAT MTCN #, BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT I SEND THE $ TO, AFTER MAKING NAME CHANGE, WAS NOT ABLE TO PICK UP THE MTCN #, AFTER I MADE THE NAME CHANGE, AFTER ORIGINAL PERSON THAT I SEND MTCN # DID NOT PICKUP THE $, THAT I MADE NAME CHANGE TO A 2ND FRIEND OF MINE, WHEN LATE, MEANING 1 WEEK LATE, TO PICKUP THE MTCN, BUT AFTER GOING TO WESTERN UNION, TOLD MY FRIEND THAT THE MTCN WAS ALREADY PICKED UP WITH THE TEST QUESTION CORRECLTLY ANSWERED, BUT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION, REGARDING THE MTCN # & MY FRIEND WAS TOLD BY THE WESTERN UNION THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE MTCN #, THAT MEANING THERE SEEM TO BE SOME KIND OF COMPUTER ERROR, THAT SOMEONE MADE, AFTER I MADE THE NAME CHANGE, BUT I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, MEANING I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO GET A REFUND FROM WESTERN UNION THAT REGARDING THE MTCN #, FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY $ BACK, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS, THAT I WAS TOLD TO WRITE A LETTER, THAT I'M ABOUT TO DO, BUT I'M NOT SURE IF I WILL GET ANY SUCCESS DOING THIS, SINCE MOST OF THE WORKERS @ WESTERN UNION EITHER LACK COMMON SENSE OR BE TOO LAZY CORRECTLY INVESTIGATE THE MATTER, GIVING TO ME SAME MESSAGE THAT THEIR COMPUTER SCREEN GIVE TO THEM THAT THE MTCN WAS PICKED UP WITH THE TEST QUESTION CORRECTLY ANSWERED, BUT I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION, & THE LOCATION WHERE I WAS SENDING $ TO DID NOT REQUIRE A TEST QUESTION & I HAD NEVER FILLED OUT A TEST QUESTION REGARDING MTCN. &, I'M NOW PUZZLED, WHAT I CAN DO, BESIDES WRITING A LETTER, TO GET MY $ BACK THAT I HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS FOR PAST 1 WEEK, I'VE BEEN TRING TO GET REFUND.
