Western Union They take your payment then wont send it due to bogus telephone/cell/landline verification rule? Greenwood Village , Colorado

Western Union has hit an all time low. While trying to make a car note payment via internet. They ask these series of question to identify your identify during an on line to  process to steal your payment.

They give you an MTCN number and  process debit your account. (they take your money) Then send you an email to say they are completing your transaction. On the contrary, after you call them back on 1-877-989-3268. 

You are placed on hold then tell you they can't verify your identity with the phone number they have on file!(WHAT)...while the process before asked for my Date of Birth, Social Security Number and several questions taken from my TRW/EQUIFAX Report! They asked for everything but my blood type!

The phone number can be verified, Really? (Meanwhile)  absconding my funds for days. To no avail. 
I call customer service  they send you to make payments at their seedy locations equipment is out of order and they only take cash.

This is a Rip-off and major hardship for those who don't have money to be lost nor time to waste. Do Not use Western Union and save yourself some grief.

Note: The so called customer service department is not based in the USA and you get individuals who barely have command of the English language making matters worst. The website is useless to try to resolve any problem or concern. 

Phone operations rude at best . Meanwhile my money is "still in limbo". Several calls later placed on hold for someone never to return to the phone to assist me. 24 hours later have not sent my money to my finance company nor refunded my payment!
