I received two invoices from ALYON TECHNOLOGIES for a total of $293.40 for services I neither sought or used!

Actually, the invoice came in my fiance's name because I used his phone for my computer. He doesn't even know how to use the computer and NO ONE ELSE has access to it physically, but Alyon managed to get access cyberly.

In my case, I tracked down the probable cause. I had gone to the Publisher Clearing House site and they offered Lotto and Video Poker for points instead of cash. In order to play, I had to have a "mini-dialer" or "access dialer" installed. A huge blue box appeared with a little tiny window to show the "terms
of service".

I had to scroll down through a long list and it was very difficult to read (on purpose!). I tried to print the
terms, but it would not print. At the bottom of the huge blue box were two tiny boxes: "I agree" or "I disagree". I clicked "I agree" because I thought I was agreeing to video poker. After getting the invoice from Alyon, I went back & found the big blue box, I finally found a clause hinting at adult content, but it would be easily missed because it was so difficult to
read.

I feel like I've been raped!!!! I am so angry and stressed out over this whole thing.

I sent certified letters to both the Georgia and New Jersey addresses for ALYON diputing the BOGUS charges within the first 30 days as per their "customers billing rights" clause. Now I must pursue filing with the Attorney Generals offices in Georgia,New Jersey, and Idaho. Also the FCC, FTC, BBB. I also intend to contact Publishers Clearing House to find out if they
are aware of this(censored) and hopefully not a part of it.
