   If your are really familiar with the Absolute Poker scam, you'll recall that they were caught using a statistical analysis of thousands of played hands.   Your anecdotal observations don't even come close to proving anything.

   Also, as a professional poker player you must certainly know that online gambling is illegal.   That means there's no way you're ever going to be able to take legal action against them.   You can't sue someone over an activity that was illegal in the first place.

   Which brings me to my last point.  Online gambling has to be one of the biggest sucker bets in existence.   Think about it.   The servers are offshore and are not under the jurisdiction of any regulatory body that is going to do anything.  You have no idea who has access to those servers, so you have no idea if someone is looking at your cards or making up their own.  The players (in the U.S.) are playing illegally, therefore they have absolutely no recourse in the courts.   Lastly, (as you have seen) they can make your money disappear and there's not a damned thing you can do about it.   Suppose you won $20K and they refused to pay?  What recourse would you have?  None, of course.  

    At least when you play in person, at a regulated casino, you know who you're playing with and can see with your own eyes what is going on at the table.  You also know that the house isn't going to pick your pocket if you win.   Quit being a sucker.

I mostly agree with everything you have to say, but I would like to make some points very well known. For the sake of going into detail on almost 2000 hours of play time on full tilt, we needed to abbreviate what was experienced so the point is made quickly. In addition, we researched many written reports and observed similar experience's other people had with Full Tilt's conduct. And it's not only our observation and belief that this company's operations are questionable, it is the belief of the courts in which Full Tilt has been sued in the past, right here in the U.S.A. In addition to what other agency's have observed such as the Better Business Bureau.

Here is some more legal info for your consideration:

On September 29, 2006, the U.S. Congress passed the SAFE Port Act which includes otherwise unrelated anti-gambling language known as the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Though a number of major online cardroom operators closed their doors to U.S. players as a result of the legislation, Full Tilt Poker continues to offer its services to U.S. players. The company has stated that poker is a game of skill, and that since Full Tilt Poker operates strictly as a poker room the legislation does not apply to Full Tilt's operations.[5]

On April 29, 2009, Full Tilt was sued civilly in Los Angeles, California, by James Hicks in the case of JAMES HICKS v. TILTWARE LLC; FullTiltPoker.com; TILT PROOF INC.; CHRISTOPHER FERGUSON, a case alleging unfair business practices and the conduct of illegal Internet gaming.[6] The case primarily seeks an injunction and no specific monetary damages are requested. James Hicks, the plaintiff, is also a Los Angeles lawyer whose firm is representing the plaintiff.

In late 2008, Full Tilt was sued in Nevada by Clonie Gowen, prominent poker professional and former Full Tilt endorser. She claimed that during the formative year(2004) she was offered a 1% ownership in Full Tilt in exchange for her advertising efforts. She admitted in her legal papers that there was no written contract to this effect. Damages of $40 million US are being sought. Full Tilt has characterized the lawsuit as frivolous, and denied liability.[citation needed]

Unless you have some spreadsheets with some hard numbers(the UltimateBet victims had over 2 million hands analyzed) , it doesn't really matter how many people say the same thing happened to them. That's beside the point, though. If you'll recall in the Absolute Poker and UltimateBet cases, they had huge amounts of data that conclusively proved the scam. Do you recall how many people successfully sued AP/UB, even with the incontrovertible evidence in hand?

 Full Tilt can claim they are not a gambling site as much as they want (to entice you into depositing money). The justice department disagrees. Additionally, back in June, the DOJ froze around $34 million held in online poker accounts claiming that they were in violation of the 2006 Act. That should give you a hint as to the DOJ's opinion of Full Tilts interpretation of the law.

 This guy is suing on the claim that they are conducting illegal gaming operations and wants an injuction to stop their business. I don't see where he alleges he was cheated.

 Clonie's lawsuit is a contractual dispute. I didn't say it was impossible to sue them. It is not going to be possible to prevail in a suit if you (the plaintiff) were involved in the illegal activity. Not gonna happen.

  Bottom line. Online gambling is not regulated by anyone. You have no idea what's on the other end of your internet connection. They have no incentive to stop cheaters (AP & UB, by the way, are back among the top 10 poker sites). The have every incentive to cover up any cheating or stealing on their site. You're nuts to send them your money. It requires trust in someone you don't know, that has absolutely no incentive to give you a fair shake.

I find it hard to believe anything you say when you lie in the body of the report.  If you truely had quad aces beaten by a royal flush then the deck must have had 5 aces as you had 4 and the other player had to have one to have a royal flush.  I doubt very much that even if they are a scam they would be that foolish.

It is also very hard to believe they were able to access your computer and delete only email that was to or from them.

Online poker is untouchable in the US as it is illegal.  If you feel they are cheating you don't play.

The guy who previously posted about 4 Aces and royal flush being impossible on same hand is wrong, as players can share the Ace(s) in the community cards.

Although I don't agree that you would win in a lawsuit as your evidence is simply faulty speculation, I would agree to at least try. I mean if other U.S. players have successfully filed suits against them, you at least have a chance.

 Just because you have been involved in illegal activity doesn't necessarily mean that you can't sue other parties involved, but idk lol

On reading this report,i was some what stunned as to to how accurate it was to my own personnal experience on full tilt. I actually won $1600 without depositing on full tilt,via free rolls,then i won a small tourney,and had numerous money placings,the largest being just over $700,so i decided to withdraw $900 after registering my card and making a small deposit(the only way you can register card).

This is when things went pear shaped,i was'nt playing any different from normal,but almost every time i was being knocked out of tourneys,i was holding best hand and being rivered.

The odds of this was millions to one,basically impossible,the penny dropped and i smelt a rat. I was'nt going to deposit,so after a few days break,i remembered the new depositers free roll,i won £650,happy days i thought,got my tank back,but things got even worse,every tourney i was getting great hands cracked by miracle cards,i was 80% + every time and getting busted by runner runner etc etc.

Anyone who knows the odds,knows its not possible to get bad beats that often with the percentages so highly in your your favour. I ended up making a few small deposits,but after getting the same runner runner and river bad beats,i decided to delete my banking details.

Everything you read on here about Full Tilt being a scam is absolute fact,its basically legalised fraud. The problem is the majority of players have no basic idea of percentages,so they dont realise theyre being ripped off,so whatever myself or anyone else says,its unlikely to make much difference to Tilt.

There is a saying,theres one born every minute,and Full Tilt just about proves that,sad but true.
