ON MAY 4TH OF THIS YEAR I REQUESTED A FUNDS WITHDRAWAL OF $600 FROM MY FULL TILT ACCOUNT AND TO THIS DATE, MAY 20 STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I HAVE E=MAILDED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHERE IT IS AND THEY DO NOT RETURN MY E=MAILS. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL THEM. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE MY MONEY IS. WHEN I GO TO THE SITE IT SAYS THEY HAVE "TEMPORARILY" DISABLED THE WITHDRAWAL ABILITY. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. IF I NEED TO I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA.

They will still allow you to gamble however they are not required to pay you because it is in fact illegal to gamble online in the USA.

Poker is in a grey area anyway, and Native American tribes are allowed to do their own thing when it comes to gambling. There's probably nothing the Feds can do about it.

As soon as people realize that these jerks do nothing ( gambling, porn, frer money, hosting ect) then they go out of business. These people on the internet do nothing but take money. God forbid if you give them your ss#, credit card #, real name ect lol. Stop allowing these rats to live.

It takes 15 BUSINESS days after you complete the withdrawl forms. May 4th to May 20th is NOT 15 BUSINESS days. Business days count as Monday thru Friday. So you emailing them over and over is not going to help anything. I have had NO problems getting paid from FULL TILT poker.

Ever since online gambling has been deemed "illegal", online poker has always been in a grey area.
The easiest ways to withdraw, Neteller and EPassporte, both have pulled out of the online poker market for US citizens.
Full Tilt Poker is in no way scamming their customers. They just have to go through several loopholes nowadays to get the money to you legally. While many sites, Party Poker, Pokerroom, Titan Poker, etc. pulled out of the US market a Full Tilt is one of the few who stood strong and are still letting us play online.
If the US government wasn't so worried about what us FREE citizens were doing with OUR money, none of this would be a problem anyways.
If you are going to be frustrated with anyone, be frustrated about the fact that companies like Full Tilt are having problems getting us our money because our government has to control almost every aspect of our lives and what we do with our money these days.

According to Professor I. Nelson Rose, one of the world's leading gambling law authorities: "no United States federal statute or regulation explicitly prohibits Internet gambling, either domestically or abroad."

Without endorsing something that may be illegal, the previous rebuttal (re. bodog) is probably correct.
Online casinos typically take three to four weeks to deliver a check for a withdrawal. This is because the payments usually come from an account in some obscure offshore bank, are transferred to a Canadian bank, and are then delivered to you. Have you received your payment yet? If not, please file an update.
Best regards!

There is NO law that prohibits gambling for a US citizen over the internet. There are laws in place that prohibit banks from transfers of funds for gambling purposes (wether it be a credit card or debit card).
