I Made a deposit, the funds were removed from my paypal account but after 1 full day worldwinner.com still didn't fund my account.
After taking more than 24 hours to reply to my email wondering where my money deposited more than 24 hours ago, they replied by telling me that it was paypals issue and it can take funds 24 hours to post to my account.
Great, I waited 2 days to hear that it should be there, and if to contact them again if it takes longer than 24 hours to post....
Kinda makes you wonder who is running this cracker jack operation...
Anyways I replied and told them its been a couple days now and rest assured their speedy employees replied shortly after 24 hours, this time asking me for my transaction ID #.
Understand the subject in this as well as every email sent reads "Where is my deposit for Transaction ID #1FS******6313451G
Again, Kinda makes you wonder who is running this place...
So I replied as clearly as possible with the transaction ID, amount, and the exact time of the paypal payment.
They actually waited another 24 hours... to reply with this:
"Our records indicate that the deposit you mentioned did credit to your WorldWinner account successfully. We apologize for any delay that you experienced. It sometimes takes a short while for the PayPal payment to reach our system and, as the delay is often on PayPal's end, you may refer to their site for updates: (((link redacted)))
Please remember to cancel any disputes you logged with PayPal regarding your WorldWinner deposits, to ensure your WorldWinner account is not closed by our Fraud team.
Great, they obviously didn't check because my account was never, nor has ever been credited with my deposit made from my payapl account, but they yet again blame paypal for any issues I may have had.
I highly suggest paypal revokes this merchants ability to accept paypal, as they are not only stealing money, they are slandering paypal.
Do not do business with this company worldwinner.com is a scam, I only wish I would have investigated this company prior to having this issue...
Paypal should protect its users by banning worldwinner.com from hurting any more customers.
I guess I shouldn't always assume paypal does business with reputable companies...
