CSI Saddle Pads get it in writting, they will not do what they promise Garden City Missouri

I have been an independent contracter with CSI Saddlepads since they first started in business. This company has a lot of integirty and is very customer service oriented. In my experience, they have stood behind their money back guarantee 100% of the time -- even when the warranty period has long since expired -- and always try to address customer concerns in a timely manner. I would truly hate it if someone missed out on the wonderful benefits the CSI Saddlepad has to offer because of one customer's opinion.

I came by this report by accident and was very suprised to see it. The report is ambiguous in nature and does not address directly any component of the company, what is the complaint about? Are you dissatisfied with the product with the product, their hours of operation, their customer service.

Frankly I become very suspicious of these type of complaints as they are usually an attempt to slander as opposed to an attempt to resolve a true problem. You could very well be another competing business trying to get a leg up by jading the image of another.

Personally I have done business with the owner of this company for nearly 20 years and I have seen them go out of the way to protect their customers.  I have seen them do this even when the customer was obviously in the wrong.

I have nothing to gain by this testimony and am in no way related to CSI. But I highly suggest that you make your case as opposed to slinging hash. If CSI is in the wrong they will bend over backwards to make it right.
