GOURMET SERVICES,HAS WITHELD EMPLOYEE EARNED INCOME,FOR WEEKS AND EVEN MONTHS PASSED SCHEDULED PAY PERIODS,AND THIIS HAS BEEN COMMON PRACTICE DUE TO INDIVIDUALS AFRAID OF LOSING THEIR JOBS. THEY RECYCLE FOOD FROM EVENTS,IN ORDER TO SELL AT THEIR VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE GEORGIA AREA AT THEIR LUNCH COUNTERS AT THE OIC,GAINSVILLE AND THE VARIOUS LOCATIONS THEY HAVE CONTRACTS WITH.IF OSHA,ie HEALTH INSPECTOR WAS TO SEE THE CONDITIONS WITHIN THE KITCHENS,AS WELL AS THE EQUIPMENT USED FOR CATERING EVENTS THIS WOULD CLEARLY VIOLATE ALL HEALTH INSPECTION STANDARDS.THEY OVER CHARGE THEIR CLIENTS FOR THINGS THEY DON'T GET,YET CAN'T PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES.
