King Taco Catering, LA Resturants Management King Taco Catering, Luis Martinez Luis, & Alexa are liars a gave a wrong info about their Services, Alexa is very rude and I don't believe she know what she's doing, she missed up things so bad with our comany trying to order taco & B Baldwin Park, California

The Company lacks professionalism with their staff the don't know how to take care of business. There staff all have an aire about them like if they are the best thing since Apple pie, The missed up with our order and they have two annoying girls that don't know nothing about customer service and they are both dumb, one of the gals names was Alexa who is all attitude and is very uptight and lacks business savvy.

The other girls is just out to lunch she does not know anything about the service oriented business that she is in. I truly blame the King Taco Leadership, and mostly Luis Martinez, for he is the boss there as they the staff refer to him.   This guy and his staff are surely going to kill the Family business for the lack of knowledge and foresight. I am an executive and I was refer to them by the Speedway and I was terrible disappointed, when I had to put together a Cinco De Mayo Bash for a 1000 people.

The Staff at King Taco Catering, really turn me off so we settle for Acapulco's catering! If King Taco Catering can't get the Order and dates right, the small stuff how to the expect to get the big stuff done!

dear unhappy caller,  
im sorry to hear that you had this experience with us.  i can assure you that the staff we have onboard is very capable of getting the job done... and done right! we have booked over 150 events this year alone! all smiling customers from local businesses; to wonderful families; and even national chains.  if you are truly an executive, you will know that even the best have "off" days.  i will say though, make sure you got the name correct (king taco catering), because we DONT TAKE ORDERS.  we are a catering service, not a delivery service!  so i do question whether you called us for the right type of event you were planning, or mixed us up with someone else.  please feel free to contact me if you have any other concerns or if you feel we can make this better:  luis@larm-inc.com
i hope that acapulco was able to meet your expectations.  they are a great company!

Most executives I have know are not nearly this careless in their writing habits.

Which makes me wonder what really happened?
