Onewayfurniture.com I purchased a dining room set from them and there are pin marks all over the chairs, paint is worn off. They said it is suppose to be that way but not the pin holes. Farmingdale New York

I purchased a dining room set from One way furniture on June 3rd it was delivered to me. I called them and told them that every chair(4 of them) were marked with pin holes and the wood is all chipped off. They said it is antique but the price was 1375.00 and they are dirty and the table is all not steady . The chairs are not white it is suppose to antique white but thety are all yellow and dingy looking. They will not give me my money back. The chairs are awful looking. The ad said Whishire but the shipping boxes aid made in Vietnam. They are not worth the money because of the quality is so cheap.

We looked in our database for your city, your name, type of product and cant locate any order by you. Our toll free number is open all day 1-800-789-1995. Please contact us if you bought it from us and we'd be happy to refund or replace it for you. Our staff always handles any issues quickly so I'm surprised you didnt contact us. We dont sell ANY furniture from vietnam so I dont know if you got the correct company.
