Independent radio DJ, Pat Gwinn, chatted with me April 20, 2010 on Facebook. Said he needed financial help to meet his mortgage payment. He promised to pay me back “at the end of the month”. Through Western Union, he was loaned $200. There was a $12 transaction fee.

Three months later I asked him again about the emergency loan. On July 22, 2010 he sent me an e-mail that read: “My deepest apologies. I will have payment to you on the 31st”.

I mailed him a letter on September 1 and requested payment. As of this report, September 18, 2010 no payment has been received.
