Against my better judgement i'm rebutting this post as i refuse to just sit and wait while all these lies are being posted by a phsycho, stalker, and convicted felon,(as i've never been convicted of anything in my life), that has been harrassing myself and my family for over 20 years now! This womans plea for women to come forward has failed miserably as it's just not true! There are no other women because i'm innocent! Everything being posted about Richy Marcos is coming from the same person, Anne Simon! To get some insight into what and who i'm dealing with here, check it out for yourself by researching the Standard Times or the cape cod standard times page b8 December 4th 2005! This article pretty much explains the character of this person writing and posting these things about me! Do the research, find out the truth! She uses so many names i don't know how you would find out anything else about her but i know she goes by, Anne Simon, Anne Hunter, Anne Flahretty and Roxie! This article explains her prison time for being the Madame of a prostitution ring on Cape Cod and also explains how she forged a passport and fled the country and authorities while spending 200,000 $ of a mans money that she was under suspicion of plotting to kill!!! She was taken to court by the man's sons and blocked from spending all his money!! It's all there, you just have to look for it. As for now, all my issues with this woman are being handled in court with the help and advice of several good friends! There were never and still aren't any criminal charges filed or warrants issued for me, Richard Marcos

I have been an employee of Rich Marcos in the past and i know Anne Simon. I urge anyone reading this "ripoff report" to consider the source. This is what she does. She has an extensive list of D.W.I.'s, felonies, assaults, prostitution, harassment and stalking charges on her record.
Google "anne simon cape cod" and read the long list of headlines, (court reports), detailing the sordid affairs of this woman, including other "ripoff reports" she has posted that strangely resemble the one she has posted about Mr. Marcos. My only interest in this matter is that a clearly disturbed woman be stopped from disrupting peoples lives at her convenience, which she has done to many people, and continues to do.

I feel I must respond to Richy Jay Marcos latest bunch of lies. He wrote the rebuttal. Richy Jay Marcos doesn't have any employees. He hasn't worked for close to two years because of his addiction to drugs. He is still a two bit hussler living in a halfway house and conning women that he friends on Facebook. He is an addict, a theif, and a liar. Women, listen to this warning! He has a string of exgirlfriends that he used until they figured out that he was only using them for money. His family will not speak to him, and he is hated by everyone he ever used. He uses Facebook to keep the ladies interested because they will never know the truth about him! He can say whatever he wants, and he does! Even his picture is old. He is about 80 pounds heavier than that now and wrinkled from constant smoking. He says that this report is just a fabrication by a crazy woman but here is the statement he wrote for the police at the time:
"On the evening of January 13th, 2010, Ms. _______ offered me a loan of $300 for a plane ticket to Arkansas to which I stated I didn't know when I could pay it back. Ms. ______ stated "pay me what you can and when you can!" The next morning Ms. ______lent me the $300 and I left for Arkansas that day. Later I learned of the charges she filed. I am willing to pay back the $300 which would be a little bit at a time over a few months." I thought this report was all outright lies, Richy Jay Marcos! Funny that you would admit to $300 of it if it were 100% false! Like I would say "oh yea just take it! you don't have to pay me back anytime soon". I don't think so. Everything contained in my other report is the truth and if you thought to google him and found this, you already have a suspicion that he's a liar.
He stole money from me like a common criminal and his statement to the police even admits that he got money from me. He is changing the facts as he goes along, but anyone who took the time to google him and find this report probably knows that what I'm saying is the truth. It doesn't take long with him to know that all women are to him is mealtickets. BEWARE - he is a very good liar and has been running this game for over 20 years. Run for your life if he contacts you and wants to make contact. Nothing he says is true and all he wants is your money so that he can feed his drug habit. Ladies, please be smart!! Richy Jay Marcos is dangerous.

Can you believe this psychopath? Even in her last "consumer comment" she uses the name "Kazuma" which was the name she used when she was arrested by undercover detectives on Cape Cod and sent to prison for six years!For PROSTITUTION!!!! She's a psycho prostitute and she always will be! To this day she is terrorizing Richy Marcos and everyone that he knows but not for long, not for long! Again, google "Anne Simon Cape Cod" and you'll find a treasure trove of sordid information about this woman stalking and harassing and terrorizing all kinds of people, along with her criminal history! Google Richy Jay Marcos, and you might see a few things that Anne Simon wrote and continues to write about him. She won't stop until she's back behind bars where she belongs!
I also know that much like her criminal past, which is well documented, she's back to using fake identities! She's currently stalking all of Richys' friends, myself being one of them, and friends of theirs' on facebook using the names, Tanya Brown Stewart, Tanya Stewart, Tanya Brown, and a few others. They are accompanied by various random headshots of beautiful young women that are obviously not Anne Simon! So beware! Richy Jay Marcos wrote the rebuttal. Its very sad that he has to stoop to lying even when hes trying to defend himself. He can't stop lying because its all he knows. He is a scam artist and a woman user. He knows it and I know it and all of the women he has used know it. If you are reading this then you probably know it too. Or at least you had a funny feeling about him and suspected that he might not be for real. Well he's not. Ladies out there who might see this, think about it. If you know anything about him you know that what I'm saying is true. He can make up all the stuff in the world and try to distract you from the obvious but if your reading this then deep in your heart you know that he's a liar. Ask him some questions about where he's been and how he's earned his money. Ask him where and how he meets all of his new victims. Get his version of what a big shot rock star he is and then ask him when the last time he worked was. Ask when the last time he supported himself by working and paying his own rent was. He can say whatever he wants here and thats why people like hiim love the internet. If you are a lady and you have found this page then you know who is telling the truth and its not Richy Jay Marcos. He is a very sick and manipulative man. Ladies you can listen to his lies or you can trust your gut. Your gut is telling you the truth. Richy Jay Marcos why don't you get some real help for yourself before you end up on the street again? You have no one left but the few poor women who are too far away from you to know what a liar you are. You lost your family all your friends and all the people who loved you. Anne Simon is a pathetic psychopath! first of all as in most of her delusions, she believes there are throngs of women checking this ridiculous and fraudulent "ripoff report" that she posted about Richy almost two years ago along with all of her even more ridiculous updates that she keeps posting! In fact, she is probably the only one who regularly checks it. I myself just saw Richy perform this past weekend, Saturday, October 29th 2011, and he looked and sounded great! In fact his parents were there and they looked great as well! They too have had to deal with Anne Simons' psychotic antics in the past and had to involve law enforcement to put a stop to it! I know for a fact that this crazy woman has been harassing countless numbers of Richys' friends from facebook for months now with messages and phone calls, and sending out harassing emails to as many people as she possibly can for over a year since she hacked into his email and phone contacts some time ago! Because i am one of them!
She will go to jail for the numerous federal internet tampering and hacking laws she has broken! There will also be stalking and harassment charges filed from at least four states and two countries by six people SO FAR! All of them willing to help Richy of course but also eager to put a stop to the bizarre and harassing emails that they receive! I also personally hope that she is made to pay the two thousand dollars that it costs to take this ridiculous garbage off the internet! And since Richy Jay Marcos doesn't care to pay attention to this womans' nonsense on the internet, i will!

Richy Jay Marcos is so upset that the truth is out there for all to see that he pretends to be people hes not so he can write his own crazy version of things. As usual all that he wrote is lies. Where are you playing Richy Marcos? You can't answer because its a total lie. Your parents didn't come see you anywhere because you didn't play anywhere and they know what a user you are and they and everyone else gave up on you a long time ago. Why don't you follow some of the steps of AA and start apologizing to people and paying them back the money you stole? Not just one or two people but lots of people. You might be able to fool the losers that you friend on FB but anyone who really knows you knows what a lying poor excuse for a man you are. Real men don't prey on ladys they can lie to on FB. Real men have jobs and friends and pay their debts. You wouldn't know about any of that since all you know how to do is sit around sponging off the state and talking about things you barely did twenty years ago. Since your supposedly sober now (ha ha) why aren't you working on becoming a person that doesn't lie about every single thing and that makes his own money instead of collecting disability and finding a new girlfriend every couple months to pay his way?
