I have been sent a collection notice from afni collections indicating I owe $995,53 for T-Mobile. I have never had a T-Mobile account.
This came up about 10-15 years ago and T-Mobile agreed that I never had an account. So who is authorizing this and what proof do they have? None.

Report Them

AUTHOR: S.n. - Bucyrus (U.S.A.)

If you check some of the other reports on this site, you will notice this is happening to more than once person. AFNI is a junk debt buyer and are most likely sending out letters hoping someone will panic and send them money. Report them to your Attorney General's office and the AG's office in the state where AFNI is located. Check your credit reports and make sure they haven't tried to tack on a collection. Good luck.
