cosigned in june 1996 june 1997. airtouch sent additional phone which was sent back still charged for it. can't get it off my credit. signer paid for the phone that was sent back. still no resolution in sight contacted everybody on email on phone in writing. they say it is still mine. even though this was done after year was up. last activity 10/97 1 30 day late 3 90 day late 12/97 1/98 2/98 plus a charge off for the phone that was sent back.
