Alltel False Advertising Simpsonville South Carolina

Purchased a Razor phone in December buy one get one free for $9.99 I had to pay $69.99 for one phone because they wouldn't let me transfer an existing Alltel account to the free phone. I called customer service and they stated that I could transfer the account and return to the store for the transaction.
At the store they advised me to call customer service again that they weren't giving me the phone and that I was out of luck because the phone had already been purchased and Alltel doesn't give refunds.
I started in December and called them daily but the phone lines were extremly backed up and could never get through. I chated via e-mail daily and they advised that during the holiday season their call center is busy and advised me to call customer service that they would only handle it by phone not by e-mail.
on January 4th I finally got them on the phone and they don't seem to know what i'm talking about they couldn't even find the store in their system to contact were I purchased the phone and they placed me on hold for 15 minutes.
I hung up and sent a e-mail stating that when they found there own store to call me. They sent me an e-mail the next day with all the store locations in case I'm wanting to purchase more Alltel junk.
If your going to advertise buy one get one free then you should get the other phone reguardless if you want service on the phone or if you want it for a bookend.
