AT&T Wireless Service Dropped Calls cell phone bad customer service Trenton, New Jersey

I purchased an Iphone about 1 year ago and it has been nothing but problems. I drop over 50% of all calls. Have problems while on the phone with people being able to hear me. ATT went through several troubleshooting actions which produced no results. They even went as far as having Apple warranty my phone. Now my new phone has the same exact problems plus shuts off on its own a few times a week.  The ATT service representives are useless they spert out canned answers they read on a computer screen. ATT does not seem to care if their service works at all, they just want their bill paid once a month. My argument is I am paying for a service that they are NOT providing yet if I want to cancel I must pay them to cancel. These cellular companies are out of hand. I have been through supervisor to supervisor techs everyone except someone that can actually help the situation. I am being ripped off by ATT and it needs to stop. Please think twice before using ATT you WILL regret it.
