Since the beginning of our renewal to this company we have had nothing but false information and lies handed to us about our new two year contract. First it started off with the gentleman telling us that we wouldn't be paying anymore for the boost in our payments to upgrade to data plans. Once we asked if the data plans were unlimited, he was nice enough to tell us yes they were unlimited only to find out two days later by a tech that the phones were not unlimited but we only receive 200 mb. To add injury to insult we were also informed by the same individual that our old Sims cards could be used for these phones and that we didn't need the new ones. Once again to find out that all the information was incorrect. Now we are to find out that after being told if we place our phones on WIFI connection that we wouldn't even be hit with our data plans to find out after a dump of 758 mb later that everything we do besides browse websites that we will be hit with data usuage and that they can't do anything about it because well its past the 30 day mark. Now we are stuff with a barrel of lies and false information for two years of dumping tons of money out to this company.

1st AT&T service sucks! Only a dummy would still walk around with AT&T service. Don't seem like you were ripoff, maybe misinform? Reason why I say maybe is because if he told you, your data plan was unlimited and it was not. You received a copied of your contract, correct? Should have read it and if you didn't agree with it, then you could have return the phones and cancel the contract. Need to take the blame for your own mistakes.
