AT&T Wireless is HORRIBLE!!! My company has been with them since 2001 and every single month I get a bill that is wrong! Then I paid my last bill and told AT&T I wanted credit for my overpayments and they said they would apply it to my next bill. The next month rolls around and THEY CUT OFF MY PHONE!!! I went 5 hours from 8am until 1pm before I realised I had no service.Several clients called the home office looking for me and NOONE could contact me because I was on the road with a phone that was cut off.

Keep in mind, I have paid over $18,000.00 dollars to AT&T and have over 16000 "rollover minutes" and when I told them this type of treatment was unacceptable they told me, "You also owe a $36.00 dollar reconnect fee."
UNBELIEVABLE!!!

So, I tell them to go ahead and drop my plan to just 500 minutes a month and i'll just use up my rollover minutes. And They said... are you ready???

"If you reduce your plan and pay less each month... YOU LOSE YOUR ROLLOVER MINUTES COMPLETELY."

I have contacted the AG Office in Austin, TX to file a former complaint and am now attempting to get my entire company to switch to TMobile or Verizon.

Anyone doing business with AT&T needs to look at their bills closely and need to switch to anyone but AT&T.

AT&T has zero customer service- they can't get their billings correct and then treat you like it's your fault that they keep making mistakes... which I am convinced is their way of just milking more money out of us.

AT&T has several lawsuits pending and guess what? They're about to have one more. Call TMobile, verizon, sprint, anyone but the crooks at AT&T.
If any of our employees did business the way AT&T does we would be out of business. I sure hope everyone reading this drops AT&T or at least double checks their bills, because I can promise you AT&T is over charging you every single month and that is illegal. They need to pay for their fraudulent activity.
