How stupid are you?

AUTHOR: Ceadda - PrivateTown (U.S.A.)

Do you not understand the concept of paying for a service?

No it's not your money and they don't owe you a refund. You were clearly told during signup (and also in the instruction manual) that there would be a minimum cost per month in order for the service to remain active. Your account "balance" shows the accumulation of these fees as is their money to keep.

You agreed to these terms when you signed up the service. They have not been preventing you from making phone calls.

Want your money? USE YOUR PHONE IDIOT

@the comment 1

how would you like it if say you bought something off walmart.com then you never got it! you would be pissed!

you would come here and file a rip off report!

well same thing as for my case i paid 175$ over the past years for cell phone service! and once i cancel im not getting! what the fucked up part is! they only give you 6 days to use them! GAY! they should disable auto payments and let you use the phone until those minutes run out! how would you like it if your boss gave you your check and said if you haven't spent it in 6 days it expires! i paid for the fucking minutes they shouldn't expire! RIP OFF!!!

 so yes they OWE me a refund!! i don't give a damn about there terms! the president has terms but there not always right! taking consumers money for nothing is stealing!

I WILL TRY MY DAMNEDEST TO A. SHUT AT&T DOWN!!! B. OWN THEM FUCKERS! HOPE THEY ROT IN HELL!

no rip off

AUTHOR: sm0k3ydaband1t - (United States of America)

commentor 1 was right, if you chose to not read the terms and conditions when you started service with at&t then its your fault that you didnt know pay as you go minutes are NON REFUNDABLE, and it says so on your receipt EVERY TIME you purchase minutes... they give you a set amount of time to go through each amount of money you put on. if they didnt give you the option to roll the money over then you wouldnt even have a choice in the matter anyways and you wouldnt be griping because in your mind your only losing 15 dollars when you cancel instead of the 175 dollars that you lost throughout the year... there is no rip off here. just ignorance... maybe illiteracy
