AT&T Wireless Windows 7 phone ripoff everywhere, Texas

I have a AT&T LG smart phone with Windows -7. I have have called AT&T several times about an issue with the market place updates that are on my phone. When I try to update the AT&T applications that are on my phone I cannot thus it means I can not use the applications that AT&T loaded on my phone like AT&T navigator. Since I can't get the updates I can't use aout 25% of the phones functions.
The saga begins since I have called AT&T about this market place/software issue I have spoken with CSR's, IT-Data support, Floor MGR's with call lenghts from 15 min -132 min. I have been cold transfered To LG, told to call LG for help and conferenced called in with LG I ahve been told to call Micosoft to get help from thier Windows-7 department. I have even went to a local corpate store and they were the most help.
Bottom line AT&T refuses to accept any coability in the isse blaming LG and Microsoft for ths market place and update application issue. They have been rued , hang up on me, refused to let me speak with a MGR. I have been told 3 times they would call back but they never do.
AT&T is using customers as a commodity they don't care aout correcting problems they have lost all heart and have horrible customer service I am lost in a contract now but looking to exit this sinking ship .
