AT&T store sold the Go Phone plan in zip code 85251 and indicated it works in zip code 85251 and 85547. The coverage map on their web-site (https://www.selfincharge.com/webhsc/index.jsp) indicates zip code 85547 has AT&T "Best" coverage.

The nearest coverage AT&T provides is 15 miles from zip code 85547. An AT&T store now tells us it could be up to 2 years to bring service to zip code 85547 ... but it is in their plans.

Now we are out the phone because we will never use AT&T again. We also cannot get hold of a human to get a refund on the pre-paid minutes.

You should get reimbursed if you can reach AT&T. Did you pay via credit card and how long has it been? Ts sad because those I know using a GoPhone do so to save funds due to lmited dollars or dont want to get in an expensive contract. You should log onto their facebook age and scan att responses for email and or 800 numberes. Also post your problem there and mention that you will post a complaint on ripoffreport.com if no resolution.

Hope you get refunded soon.
