So I got a new phone around Christmas time. The phone wasn't working so I went to the store and returned it. The next phone didn't work so I returned it through warranty. The next phone I received still did not work right so the man I spoke with said that he would send me a similar phone, the LG slider. When the package came it was some cheap looking phone that did not do what my phone did.

I called them to tell them they had sent me the wrong phone and they told me that was too bad but they didn't care because the other phone was $70 more and they wouldn't send it to me even though it was what I was promised. The manager of the warranty department told me that she did not care I was going to cancel my service she still would not give me the phone I was promised and the only options I got were other unacceptable replacements.

Also, when I asked to speak with upper management she told me that they weren't available to speak with me even though the lady in customer service told me they were. She told me if I was going to cancel my service that was too bad but they wouldn't replace my phone with a comparable one. I am livid, if I was told I was going to get a bad phone I would have told them to keep it but don't promise me something then not only not deliver but not care in the process. Through all of this I experienced hold times of 5 - 25 minutes.

Usually, anyone above basic management really isn't available to speak to. You normally have to send a format letter to receive a response from them. However, I would take the BBB route. They'll get the job done.
