Blue Bay Electronic is a scam! In March of 2009, I brought 2 sidekick phones from Blue Bay Electronic on eBay and paid trough PayPal as a presents for my nephews, the phones was send to my brother house. When the phone arrived there was only 1 phone instead of 2.

I try emailing and calling Blue Bay Electronic everyday but they were unreachable. As a result, I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal, I requested money back for the phone that they did not send, and however, instead they denied my request and told me that they will send another phone. When the phone arrived the kids no longer wanted either of the phones because they were mad. Therefore, in the dispute box I asked Blue Bay Electronic if I could return the phones and they gave me this address: iPod Outlet SToreRMA # 12595870 10696 Franklin Rd Murfreesboro, TN 37128.

I shipped back the 2 phones using USPS with tracking numbers: 2103 8555 7490 2590 0379 and made sure that Signature were required because I had a bad feeling about this company. A week later after they have received the phones, I contacted customers service and only got through their chat box, however, after the representative ask me what happen and I told her about my problems she closed the chat box and ignore me . I have nowhere else to go since PayPal dispute center had closed the case after 20 days.

This company is ridiculous; trying calling the number they posted on their website: http://www.bluebayelectronics.com/ NUMBER: 877.499.6210. That number is a TOTAL FAKE! There is no way you can get customers services! It been almost 3 MONTHS and I have not heard one peek from them. In fact I had to file a POLICE REPORT against this company.
