I was changing my sprint phone to boost..I went to Kioske and paid for a phone and month service...They were on phone with customer service and could not set me up until I paid last bill on my sprint account...I could not set up boost that day..I have receipts to prove this..November 17th...I could not set up new service that day..I came back November 21st to get my service hooked up and they were on phone with customer service and could not get the money transferred to my boost phone....I asked why and they said that customer service could not transfer the money I already paid...I had to pay another 50.00 and they took my information and said they would transfer the 50.00 I first paid on the 17th after my other 50.00 expired and I would be paid up till January...

My phone was cut off in December wednesday before christman..I called customer service and they told me They could not help me becausr they did not have record of my payment..I faxed them both payment receipts..They told me it was the responsibility of the store I bought it off of.. I went to the store and they were on the phone with customer service and they told them they have no record of my account...The store told me they are not responsible call cust. service...They are passing the buck and I am out of 50.00 and no phone service...
