For the last two weeks I have been without service for my BOOST Mobile phone and still being charged. I have contacted Boost several times about this matter, spoken with their customer service department (if you can call it that), several supervisor and several technical supports personal and have still received no answer.  I have been a loyal customer of boost for the last seven years and had minimal problems but nothing of this magnitude untill now. I contacted Boost mobile due to not being able to receive phone calls.

While evaluating the problem and trouble shooting multiple times no answer.  During this trouble shooting I made sure to inform the phone rep. that I needed to keep the text messages in my phone, I was assured that I had nothing to worry about that nothing would be erased, well behold the steps the rep. had me input in my phone did just that now not only am out the money and service for the last two weeks, I no longer have the textmessages that had been saved in my phone as evidence in a court matter I am soon to be dealing with, that is if I can get my text messages back.  I was informed by a supervisor that the only way possible for me to retrieve a copy of those messages was to hire a lawyer and request the information with documentation.  I am dealing with my court matter by myself and have not hired a laywer so far so why now I ask do I need to hire a lawyer, they are my text messages and it is my account after all.

The so called customer service has done nothing to help the situation and has refused to refund my money, credit my account or even release my number so that I may change companies.  I am at a loss, while this company gets to sit back and take my money, my time and my sanity pertaining to this matter.   If there is any advice, PLEASE I am open to all suggestions at this point as  well as any help. If you are NOT a boost customer, keep it that way!

do this

AUTHOR: Chef - dorchester (U.S.A.)

Go to another phone company of your choice, get a new phone number, on your boost mobile
make a new voice mail message that states your new phone number, leave old phone active for 1 month and then cancel it.

You are giving yourself to much of a headache over 2 months worth of service, which equals about
$100 give or take.

The time you going to waste taking them to court is not even worth it. Yes it sucks they are
screwing you, but in the long run it is going to cost you  much more time and money, then it is going to cause them

Hope this helps.

If you used credit card to pay your boost bill, call the cc company up and tell them you want to file a dispute because you didn't get the services from boost you paid for.  Do it fast.

Good Luck.

Also your right, boost sux!
