CallWave Mobile Phone Service ripoff fraudulent telephone service telephones out-dated rude customer service reps lies about minutes used. Santa Barbara California

Callwave is a ripoff. I originally ordered 2 cell phones mid September and didn't receive but 1 in mid November.

When the 1 phone was received, I wasn't working. I was assigned the telephone number 901-881-0681, but my friends and family would have to call 904-200-1461 in order to reach me.

I called on November 16, to cancel the telephone that I had not received and the idiots cancelled the service to the phone that I did have so the service was out again. Talk about stupid.

I tried to call them back and inform them that the service had been interupted and Wendy, who is suppose to be a supervisor told me that she had no time for me and that they had a so called call log that stated that I had used all of my minutes.

I want everyone to beware of callwave. They screw their customers over and then they lie and try and cover up their screw ups.
