Cellular Blowout No product and debit card charged! Internet

I ordered a phone and accessories online and cancelled my order online the next day. A few days later I received an email stating my order was on hold so I called to discuss this. How could an order I cancelled be placed on hold? Their phone system is never answered by a person; you must leave a message. I left a message and received a return call and was told it would be handled. A few days later it was not handled so I called back and was told - oops, we will fix it. The following week money was still not returned and merchandise was not received so I called back and called back and called back. To this day I have not received a response and I have had to file a dispute with my bank in order to have the charges reversed.
